I have more than 10 years’ experience as an organizational consultant and HR Business Partner at i.a. Maersk, Siemens and DONG. Due to the experience from these unique partnerships along with updated theoretical knowledge, I have what it takes to create dynamic solutions within for instance team development, safety, management alignment and cascading plus executive coaching, therapy and facilitating.
With a master’s in organizational psychology and being a trained coach and ISTDP therapist, I have a deep understanding of – and a natural focus on – teams and their behavior, and people, their emotions and defense mechanisms. This makes me able to not only see through what is happening under the surface and thereby see the real issues, but also create the trust and initiate the essential and crucial conversations necessary in order to create lasting change.
