I have more than 10 years’ experience as an organizational consultant and HR Business Partner at i.a. Maersk, Siemens and DONG. Due to the experience from these unique partnerships along with updated theoretical knowledge, I have what it takes to create dynamic solutions within for instance team development, safety, management alignment and cascading plus executive coaching, therapy and facilitating.

With a master’s in organizational psychology and being a trained coach and ISTDP therapist, I have a deep understanding of – and a natural focus on – teams and their behavior, and people, their emotions and defense mechanisms. This makes me able to not only see through what is happening under the surface and thereby see the real issues, but also create the trust and initiate the essential and crucial conversations necessary in order to create lasting change.

Sofie Smidt Hansen
I have a solid theoretical background in organizational psychology, psychotherapy and coaching. I use this knowledge – combined with the experience I have gained from working with Maersk, DONG, Siemens, Esbjerg Commune and many others – to create change, results and high performing teams in organizations in both local and global organizations.
My main focus is on strengthening the bond between leader, team and employee in order to reach organizational impact, coherence and alignment. I do that by increasing Trust on all levels of the organization and by creating an environment where Crucial Conversations can be – and are – a part of the norm.
As a coach and ISTDP therapist, I have a deep understanding of people and the relational patterns we all have due to our past. Patterns that often have a noticeable effect on collaboration and organizational results – both positive and negative.
