This policy describes how we process personal data. Here you can read how we at Human Impact collects and process information about you when you visit humanimpact.net (hereafter the website). Our policy covers all the personal information you chose to provide to us and all information we collect through your visit to the website. As you move around on the website, we are data controllers for your personal information.

As a visitor at www.humanimpact.net, you have the right to object to the registration, as well as the right to insight into what information is registered about you. These rights are secured through the Personal Data Act and please contact our customer service at mail: ssh@humanimpact.net if you have any questions about our policy.

We normally delete all personal information that we keep about you once a year. If you have made a purchase or have entered into a cooperation agreement with us, your information will be stored together with information about which products / services you purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Public Administration Act .Then the information will be deleted. If you have contacted us through our website, your personal information and inquiries will not be deleted unless you ask for it.

If we change our policy, you will be informed about this. We will notify you of any changes to your next visit to the website, where we will also try to obtain your consent again.

What information do we collect and why?

We automatically collect various information about you and your use of the website when you visit humanimpact.net. We do this to improve website functionality, your entire user experience and for targeted marketing.

When you create a user, comment on our blog post or contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide. This information is required for the website’s function and for the contact between us and you. Information about your account and your personal messages are not shared and is not disclosed to third parties, but is used only by Human Impact (except for the required external partners, see more below on the data processors). Your comments on the blog are public and shared with all visitors.
